✅ How do customers register on Start My Car in order for them to start getting promotion and special deal newsletters?
Go to Start my car website - they will arrive at the Account/Register and fill-up the form. Alternatively, they can register using one of their social media accounts such as Facebook or Twitter.
✅ How can customers get or redeem a promo code for a special deal of Start My Car?
They have to do these 3 steps to redeem the Start my car promo code. Step 1) Shop as they regularly would on the Start my car. (Spend a bit more because they will make it up in the end.) Step 2) Add items to their cart and go to checkout as they regularly would. Step 3) Copy the promo code into the "discount" field and click Apply.
✅ How long does it take for the promotion product to be processed from Start My Car?
Order will be processed within 24 hours if ordered Monday-Friday and all orders that are placed from 12:00 pm to Friday - Sunday will be processed on the following Monday by Start my car.
✅ Can customers cancel or return orders if they change their mind even purchased whilst it was on a special deal?
Yes! Within 7 days of receiving the item and the item is still sealed in the original packaging then they can still return their order from Start my car. They might be charged a shipping fee.
✅ What if the item is damaged but a customer ordered it with a special deal on Start My Car, Can they still ask for a refund?
They can contact Start my car and they will arrange a collection. Once the item has been evaluated, they will process your refund.
